Your camera needs a new shutter assembly. I will replace the defective shutter with a new updated one from Canon.

Turn-around time:

Symptoms:

To confirm if the shutter assembly is bad, flip the mirror up and check the state of the curtains. Sometimes the anomaly is hidden and is not as visible.

 

Normal state: Flat and smooth looking
