Shipping Guidelines:
Please fill out Packing Slip/Shipping Label form. Fillable using Adobe Reader. The form can be printed on site or saved for later.

For lens, remove filter and send with in front and rear caps.

For camera, accessories (battery, strap, lens, memory card...) are not needed unless required for repair work or instructed otherwise in email exchange.

Use a body cap or pieces of tape to keep dust from entering lens mount.

Identify yourself and your desired return address.

Make sure padding is at least 1 inch all around the equipment.

Make sure the box is filled up with packing material. Bubble-wrapping alone can't protect your equipment against impact!

Buy "Signature Confirmation." This is EXTREMELY IMPORANT.

Let me know when to expect your equipment and provide me with a tracking number!
Hand-Delivery:
If you would like to bring your camera to me, please contact first to set up an appoinment. Specific instructions will be given.
Fill out Packing Slip/Shipping Label form and make two copies, one of which will be signed as proof of receipt. You only need to provide information required by the nature of local cash transaction.
HOW TO FIND:
From I-880 and get off into West Marina Blvd. Keep going until you reach the end which becomes Monarch Bay Dr. Continue until you see Fairway Dr, make a left turn. Drive pass Aurora Dr then start looking for 2326 on your right.

Shipping back to you:
I will pack your camera securely and ship back to you using the USPS Priority service, which takes 2-3 business days. USPS Express 1-day available at extra charge.
Tracking number will be sent to you.
If you believe your neighborhood is not safe for the package left outside or you will not be available to receive the package, let me know I will have it held at USPS office for later pick-up.
